Stability measurement
3D stability measurement
Global innovation on anchored mast systems!
(we test in accordance with DIN 18800, DIN 1050-55, EN 40, DIN 4131)

Statical and dynamic material examinations are possible for the first time. All
masts and materials can be tested: lighting, guy, floodlight, light signal and flag
poles made of steel, aluminium, wood, concrete and such like.
The compact and easy to use test devices were specially developed in order to be
able to test masts statically and dynamically in an ideal manner, without obstructing
traffic! In addition, combined with our non-destructive 3D measurement method, bollards,
signposts and masts can be aligned perfectly.
The 3D stability measurement provides clearly recorded yes/no statements on the
stability, recognised as legally and technically useful validations of stability
for anchored mast systems. We can also use on GPS to specify the mast coordinates
very precisely in our measurements.
New safety standard due to multi-analysis using two 3D measurement points:
- Bending strength measurement (statical 3D measurement)
- Measurement and clear validation of the mast stability and the net mast deflection
in only one stress test
- Differentiated and comprehensible fault diagnosis on the basis of measured and recorded
parameters
- Conservative introduction of force, amounting to less than 1.5 times the wind load
as specified under EN 40.
- Torsion measurement with direct display of the material faults
and cross-sectional weakening
- In the grooves around the door
- Around the entire mast foot
- Risky cantilever torsion oscillation
- Mast nose heaviness
- Material fatigue due to oscillation
- Oscillation measurement (dynamic measurement)
- Elastic mast oscillation behaviour from the foundation to the lamp head can be analysed
- Stability of the entire mast system can be reviewed
- Force dissipation, braked and controlled in terms of the original coordinates, prevents
excessive mast oscillation
- Anchorage measurements
- Foundation leeway and compression
- Oscillation suppression function
- Passive security according to EN 1276
- Mast tilting, material overload or mast breakage can be excluded (also in a lateral
direction to the introduction of force)
- Spatial perpendicular monitoring function
- Software-controlled or fully automatic breakage and overload protection
-
Perpendicular deviation is measured before, during and after the examination
-
This prevents any risk of mast breakage
The measurement results can provide a secure statement on the stability of the masts.
In cooperation with a large firm of insurers,
REI-LUX provides warranty for the stability of steel masts for a period
of 5 years. In addition to the standard third-party liability insurance, this is
also covered by a special mast breakage insurance policy.

The certified surveyors Moerschbacher & Partner have proven in a scientific
report that the REI-LUX method (belt force deflection) can realistically simulate
wind loads applied to the masts. We would be pleased to send you this report!
The EU-patented method is used successfully throughout Europe.
