Electricity Works Wels uses luxData® for lighting data
The E-Works Wels (EWW) in Austria has been the regional power supplier for the Wels region for over 100 years. In addition to electricity, the power company supplies district heating, natural gas, water, sewage, electrical system construction, municipal engineering, telecommunications and metalworking. Competence, experience, foresightedness and responsibility are the guiding principles of work at the Wels E-Works.

In future, the E-Works Wels will use luxData®. The existing software CL will be replaced with luxData®. An interface to the mobile GPS receiver for GIS data recording from the firm Leica will support the E-Works in installing new lighting systems. An intelligent interface will provide the data recorded by luxData® in the municipalities for further processing. The planned interface to the ERP Navision will also enable a commercial evaluation of the recorded data and drafting of cost analyses.
