Therefore, Nuon is now sole partner in the company, founded in 2003, offering management of municipal street lighting. As Nuon has also announced, Stadtlicht GmbH won the tender offered by the City of Hagen, to manage operation, maintenance and replacement of 20,000 public lighting points for 15 years.
