In view of the fact that electronic data is currently not available in Constance, the first step will be establish a database. This is no simple task, as there are 15,000 lighting points. The registration is facilitated significantly by support from sixData GmbH. The first stage in creating a database is presenting the street cadastre and lighting component types. sixData GmbH will create this basic database; the first hurdle has therefore been taken. Selection of the lighting components by the specialist user is simplified by the sixdata GmbH graphic product catalogue. Implementation of the lighting components in the database will be managed by sixData GmbH. In view of the fact that the basic data is now available, on-site registration can now proceed. The time required is shortened by intelligent data registration functions in luxData®. The process of developing a meaningful database for street lighting does not have to be laborious and complicated.
