The Pocket Client by luxData® lends you the option to provide your maintenance staff with the data, thus simplifying the provision of services. New malfunctions can be passed on quickly to the maintenance staff, thus guaranteeing a shortening of response times for malfunctions with high priority. You decide when the data is synchronised, whether in the office, on the road or in intervals.

Your maintenance and service staff can use the specially developed Pocket PC software in order to simplify and optimise the fulfilment of the maintenance process. The use of a Pocket PC is a huge assistance, especially in field services. Superfluous paperwork and handling of faxes are now redundant. The field services employee can access all of the relevant system data in the ongoing maintenance process. He can draw on an optimised user interface for rapid data input; it transforms pen registration into child's play. The system data can be synchronised with a central database immediately after the maintenance process and is therefore available directly in the headquarters. Until now, written documents have been used for this step; the field services employee was required to laboriously complete the forms, collect them and process them afterwards in the headquarters.
